Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$40-$45 per hr.
Open to Remote candidates
This role is a Temporary Contract expected to last 5 months for Maternity Leave coverage.

What's a typical day as a Compensation Analyst? You'll be:
• Assisting in the planning, organizing, and directing of the annual merit process in Workday, including system testing, reporting, communication, and training.
• Consulting with HR Leaders, Business Partners, and other internal clients to understand business needs and job requirements for effective job evaluations and classifications.
• Reviewing compensation events, conducting data analysis, and performing regular data audits in the Workday system.
• Providing new hire offers and promotion recommendations that are both externally competitive and internally aligned.
• Supporting other compensation projects and initiatives as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Possess experience with compensation benchmarking tools, with a preference for CompAnalyst.
• Are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
