Kelly Services is seeking a Commercial Maintenance technician for a busy property management company located in Celebration, FL 34747

Pay- Depends on experience
Schedule- Mon-Friday 7am-4pm
Temp to hire
Start- July 7th Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Worker include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, and glass replacement.
  • Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy.
  • Respond promptly to unit service requests and enter track requests using a work order system.
  • Ensure all amenity areas are kept in a clean and operable condition.
Qualifications: To successfully perform the job, candidates should meet the following qualifications having at least 2-3 years of experience:
  • Proficient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
  • Experience in appliance service and repair is advantageous.
  • HVAC certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience in suite, office and commercial maintenance. 
  • Property management experience with computer and administrative skills a plus*****
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
Work Environment: This position may require physical activity and handling various tasks as needed. Indoor and outdoor environments. Be able to withstand high/low temperatures while performing tasks.
