Available Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (Mon-Fri)
  • 2nd Shift: 4:30 pm – 1:00 am (Mon-Fri)(10% differential)
  • Occasional Overtime: Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete set ups and operate CNC mills and lathes
  • Operate and set up Okuma and Mazak machines
  • Handle piece parts weighing from 1 lb. to 25 lbs.
  • Deburr and clean parts using hand and power tools such as belt sanders or drill presses.
  • Inspect parts visually and with measurement tools like height gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
  • Enroll in and complete courses through our Continuous Improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of CNC set-up operating experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions and procedures.
  • Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and planning daily tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of shop math.
  • Proficiency in using measuring equipment like height gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
  • Understanding of metal-cutting applications and machine practices.

Preferred:

  • Experience setting up and operating CNC Okuma and Mazak machines.
