Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager/Project Manager for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire positions at a leading client in San Antonio, TX. Overview:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Clinical Trial Manager/Project Manager to lead and manage clinical trials from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and project management, coupled with excellent leadership and organizational skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of clinical studies in compliance with regulatory standards and company objectives.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 1st/Day: Standard Hours

Responsibilities:
•    Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•    Develop and manage trial budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
•    Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including clinical operations, data management, regulatory affairs, and biostatistics.
•    Monitor trial progress and performance metrics, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
•    Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and study protocols.
•    Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones and deliverables.
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for study sponsors, investigators, and vendors.
•    Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges and delays.
•    Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
•    Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and ethics committee submissions.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, nursing, healthcare management); advanced degree preferred.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management or project management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.
•    Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
•    Proven track record of successfully managing clinical trials from start to finish.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•    Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
•    Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and project management software.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
•    Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Clinical Trial Manager (CCTM) is a plus.
