Job Title: Clinical Recruiter

Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Recruiter for a temp-to-hire, full-time position for our client in Purchase, NY. Position Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire

Location: Purchase, NY

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr

Interviews and onboarding: December 2025

Anticipated start: early January 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit subjects to participate in clinical trial testing
• Screen incoming candidate calls, educate candidates about current and future clinical trial testing, and interview subjects for scheduled studies
• Develop study schedules, maintain and update the Participant Database, and administer compensation schedules
• Receive and screen visitors, answer and route telephone calls, manage office supplies, mail, and faxes
• Provide administrative assistance for study materials and maintain all clerical functions assigned
• Support a safe and compliant workplace, adhering to company procedures and policies, and actively participate in Occupational Health & Safety initiatives
• Participate in and support Quality Department and Continuous Improvement processes

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills; organized and attentive to detail
• Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office
• Able to remain flexible, professional, and patient amidst changing priorities
• Able to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, stoop, and crouch for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs as needed
