Kelly® Science & Clinical is excited to offer a direct-hire opportunity for a Site Operations Manager at an innovative client site in Oklahoma City. As a full-time, exempt employee, you'll lead operational excellence in a fast-paced clinical environment, driving site performance and supporting breakthrough studies. This role is ideal for experienced leaders who thrive on making a meaningful impact and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure optimal performance and achievement of organizational goals
  • Serve both sponsor and participant clients, meeting contractual obligations and ensuring high satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Leaders to resolve operational challenges and represent the site positively
  • Strategically plan site operations by analyzing awarded studies, managing staffing, and coordinating resources
  • Lead clinic operations including staff management, recruitment, training, and performance oversight
  • Ensure strict adherence to study protocols, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, SOPs, and company policies
  • Champion site quality control and compliance with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory standards
  • Foster productive partnerships with investigators for seamless study execution
  • Address and resolve HR matters, ensuring discipline and policy compliance within a collaborative work environment
  • Prepare the site for study conduct and ensure staff are trained for participant recruitment and retention
  • Maintain required medical licenses and certifications; participate in ongoing and study-specific training

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field (advanced degrees preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical site management or healthcare operations experience
  • Demonstrated leadership with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, Good Clinical Practice, and SOPs
  • Proven ability to manage teams, resolve problems, and communicate effectively

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting salary at $100,000
