What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience with QuickBooks is essential, demonstrating strong financial and administrative capabilities.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience aligns well with our requirements, ensuring you can hit the ground running.
  • Prior support experience within a scientific or engineering business is a plus, showcasing your familiarity with technical environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to facilitate seamless collaboration.
  • Ability to learn new digital tools and systems quickly, adapting to our operational needs.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Exposure to scientific or medical device industries.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, or Trello.
  • Experience supporting research teams or technical professionals.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • An associate's degree or higher in business administration, science, or related fields.
  • Previous administrative support roles, ideally in startups or healthcare/medical device sectors.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work on-site in Roswell, GA, five days a week; remote or hybrid arrangements are not currently indicated.
  • Willingness to support a standard administrative routine, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting internal communications.
  • This role is a contract position with an initial duration of one year, with potential for permanent placement upon successful trial.
