Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire positions at a leading client in San Antonio, TX. Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Clinical Research Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 1st/Day: Standard Hours

Responsibilities:
•    Manage all aspects of clinical research projects, from planning and initiation to close-out.
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, study protocols, and company procedures.
•    Coordinate and conduct patient recruitment, informed consent process, and follow-up visits.
•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research activities, including patient files and trial documentation.
•    Liaise with study sponsors, investigators, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth study operations.
•    Monitor study progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure adherence to timelines.
•    Collect, process, and analyze clinical data, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
•    Prepare and submit required regulatory documentation and reports.
•    Assist in the training and supervision of junior research staff and interns.
•    Participate in the development and review of study protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other project-related documents.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, nursing, public health).
•    Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical research coordination.
•    In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory requirements.
•    Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
•    Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
•    Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) is preferred.
