As a Client Support Analyst, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our clients—delivering efficient, professional, and solution-oriented support. From high-volume phone/email communication to coordinating hybrid legal proceedings and assisting with front desk duties, your role is essential to ensuring an exceptional client experience every day.
What You'll Do:-
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

Assist at the front desk and support daily office operations.

Facilitate hybrid legal proceedings via Zoom and manage document-related tasks.

Deliver outstanding client service from start to finish.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1+ year(s) of customer service experience preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Legal industry experience is a plus but not required.
$19 - $21/hour (USD)
