Job Overview

We are looking for skilled Clean Room Assemblers to join our team in a fast-paced, sterile environment. This role involves assembling medical devices and components while adhering to strict cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be committed to long-term employment and growth within our company. Prior experience in clean room environments or medical device manufacturing is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components and parts within a controlled clean room environment.
• Ensure all assembly processes are compliant with regulatory and cleanliness standards.
• Follow blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications to assemble parts and products.
• Maintain a sterile and organized workspace to prevent contamination.
• Perform routine inspections of assembled components for quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
• Operate specialized clean room equipment and tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or issues during production.
• Ensure product conformance to manufacturing standards by reviewing and inspecting finished products.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in clean room assembly or a similar controlled environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, and materials used in clean room environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Willingness to develop skills and grow into a permanent role within the company.
