Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay: Competitive (based on experience)
Type: Temp-to-Perm
Environment: Non-climate-controlled warehouse
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Sit-Down Clamp Forklift Operator to join our team in Lancaster, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent experience operating a clamp forklift in a high-volume warehouse environment. This is a 2nd shift opportunity in a non-climate-controlled facility, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced logistics settings and is looking for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a sit-down clamp forklift to move, stack, and organize product.

Safely load and unload trailers, ensuring proper handling of clamped merchandise.

Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues or damage.

Assist with general warehouse duties when not operating the forklift.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating a sit-down clamp forklift.

Ability to safely handle large and delicate items using clamp attachments.

Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shift (Monday – Friday, 4 PM – 12:30 AM).

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
