Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Sit-Down Clamp Forklift Operator to join our team in Lancaster, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent experience operating a clamp forklift in a high-volume warehouse environment. This is a 2nd shift opportunity in a non-climate-controlled facility, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced logistics settings and is looking for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down clamp forklift to move, stack, and organize product.

• Safely load and unload trailers, ensuring proper handling of clamped merchandise.

• Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues or damage.

• Assist with general warehouse duties when not operating the forklift.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating a sit-down clamp forklift.

• Ability to safely handle large and delicate items using clamp attachments.

• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

• Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shift (Monday – Friday, 4 PM – 12:30 AM).

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
