Pay Rate: $18 per hour

What's a typical day as a Verification Specialist? You'll be:

• Executing preliminary steps to build new client structures for implementation requests using Salesforce.
• Track tasks using Salesforce Implementation Tracker Project Management tool.
• Validate benefit set-up in the core Facets system and communicate discrepancies.
• Set up new client online portal access and manage communication and tracking.
• Monitor shared Outlook mailbox for incoming membership documents.
• Review membership documents for accuracy and format them for successful enrollment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Proficiency in Excel with a data entry score of 9000 ksmp or higher.
• Experience or knowledge in Medicare/Medicaid regulations is highly preferred.
• Availability to work full-time on-site, adhering to the specified work hours.
• Willingness to undergo 5-panel drug screening and background checks.
• Ability to comply with EyeMed department's additional screening and training requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
