Position: Customer Service Agent
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Role Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy, dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls, generate sales leads, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication. You will build sustainable relationships with customer accounts while providing accurate and valuable information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls and emails from customers.
- Generate sales leads by identifying and assessing customers' needs.
- Build trust and maintain relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Address customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within designated time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Engage customers proactively and take the extra mile to enhance their experience.
- Handle up to 50 calls per day and log each call in our system, as well as enter up to 50 transactions.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly.
- Route calls to appropriate resources effectively.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Enter accurate ordering information into the company system.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word); familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
