Title: Call Center Service Representative
Our Client is seeking a Call Center Service Representative to become part their Customer Call Center environment resolving problems and answering queries. You will answer general inbound and place outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. The Call Center Service Representative takes care of inbound and outbound calls of a lesser complexity that are primarily routine or basic in nature. Follows basic procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems and/or order system along with a basic knowledge of company, services, and products.
The Call Center Service Representative will handle very confidential information including payroll, HR, benefits, leaves, and time management. Expected to be professional, courteous, confidential, partner with peers, resourceful and ability to act like an owner.
• 1+ year of call center or customer service experience.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be customer and detail oriented and possess good decision-making ability.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities are a must.
• MINIMUM of a High School or GED.
- There is no per diem with this position
- There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.
- MUST be able to work without sponsorship or VISA transfer for this position.
