Job Title: Planner/Buyer
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Kelly with our Top Manufacturing Client as a Planner/Buyer in Allentown, PA! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for supply chain management and a knack for planning and purchasing. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their facility that builds large tool cabinets for MAC Tools. This temporary position is expected to last 1-2 months, and we are looking for someone to start ASAP!
Job Specifications:

- Shift: 7 AM – 3:30 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and purchasing activities to meet production needs.
- Utilize SAP for inventory management and order processing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and inventory levels.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use required PPE when on the production floor.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in buying or planning roles.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
