Are you passionate about optimizing business processes and driving operational excellence? We are seeking a dedicated Business Process Improvement Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this individual contributor role, you will analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes, develop sustainable improvements, and research best practices to establish benchmark data. You will work independently, utilizing your professional expertise to recommend practices that enhance safety, increase productivity, and reduce costs. If you have a knack for process architecture, change management, and a proven track record in process governance, we want to hear from you!

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Remote 
- Pay Rate: $59.93 per hour
- Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and measure existing business processes for effectiveness.
- Develop sustainable and quantifiable business process improvements.
- Research and establish benchmark data for best business practices.
- Collect and analyze process data to recommend enhanced practices and procedures.
- Determine how new information technologies can support reengineering efforts.
- Specialize in areas such as benchmarking, business process analysis, and change management.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.
- Deliver BPM training and collaborate with change management teams to embed process discipline.

Qualifications & Skills:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience in business process improvement.
- Strong expertise in business process management, including process architecture and mapping.
- Proven ability to lead global or cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in BPM tools and documentation standards, with relevant certifications.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and evaluative judgment based on factual analysis.
