KellyOCG is currently seeking an experienced Site Security Administrator for a long-term opportunity in Houston, Texas! The Site Security Administrator will occupy the reception area station to ensure compliance with client policies and procedures as they apply to all U.S. and foreign national visitors.
 Key responsibilities include the normal day to day work activities that support Emergency Safety & Security Operations at the client's Houston professional building.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor Security alarms and CCTV equipment
  • Recognize client's security policies and procedures as they apply to all U.S. and foreign national visitors
  • Greet all incoming visitors and assign appropriate badges to comply with the client's Intellectual Property Protection policies
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing rental car contracts, working with preferred suppliers
  • Respond appropriately to all emergency phone calls and alerts
  • Various clerical duties as necessary

  • Must be able to exercise sufficient judgment to prevent product losses and protect company equipment
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information concerning product process relative to company business
  • Must actively work to improve the safety performance of fellow employees by giving and receiving feedback on safety

Education/Certification/Experience Requirements        
  • Above average computer skills to master client security system, intranet and shared files
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to manually lift and handle a nominal weight of 25kgs (55lbs).
  • Required to stand up some of the working day with some walking.

  • Holiday's – take turn to work if during the week
  • Flexibility to work OT during weather events
  • Punctuality
  • Strong communication
  • Excellent computer skills
