Electronic Assembler
Play a crucial role in creating high-quality products. Transform this temp-to-hire position into a rewarding career by showcasing your skills in assembly, testing, and quality assurance.
Core Duties:
Assemble and test products based on documentation such as assembly guides, test protocols, and engineering schematics.
Execute precision operations involving soldering, mechanical fastening, and adhesive bonding under a microscope using fine tools like tweezers and soldering irons.
Perform thorough quality inspections, conduct functional tests, and ensure precise calibrations to maintain product standards.
Utilize a range of equipment including welders, bead blasters, shakers, and oscilloscopes for assembling, testing, and calibrating transducers.
Maintain and organize a clean, safe, and efficient workspace and Adhere to production schedules and recommend enhancements for process documentation, tooling, and equipment. Take on additional tasks as directed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is essential.
Basic computer skills are necessary.
Prior experience with small component assembly under a microscope is preferred.
Punctual, proactive, reliable, and trustworthy individuals with a positive mindset are highly valued.
Ability to manage daily tasks effectively based on supervisor directions.
Capable of working independently or within a team environment.
Strong skills in communication, interpersonal interaction, and teamwork are essential. Comfortable working with a binocular microscope for extended periods.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and/or SAP is a plus.
Ability to stand at a workstation for up to 50% of the workday, use a computer for up to 70% of the workday, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
