We are a long-established Commercial Property Management Company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and tenants. We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will support our property management operations, focusing on bookkeeping tasks and customer service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining ledgers and managing profit/loss statements.
  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
  • Assist with processing leases and updating tenant information.
  • Interact with tenants to address inquiries and provide support.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Reliable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Bookkeeping experience is preferred.
  • Proficient with computers, including Apple/Mac systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
