Biotech Sales Representative
Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Biotech Sales Representative for a Direct Hire, remote position at cutting-edge proteomics focused company in the Bay Area, CA. Salary:
$80k-150k, depending on experience
Overview
This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth with key accounts in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, diagnostics, and academic sectors.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Standard Working Hours
25%-50% travel required
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customer accounts for proteomics services, nurturing leads into long-term business relationships.
- Establish and grow strategic partnerships with pharma, biopharma, biotech, CRO, and diagnostic companies.
- Negotiate collaboration, licensing, and co-marketing agreements to expand business opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights and perform competitive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and guide partnership and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D teams to refine service offerings based on market trends and feedback from key customers and collaborators.
- Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the proteomics field.
- Support development and execution of proof-of-concept and pilot studies to promote new technologies.
- Represent the company at national and regional conferences, trade shows, online events, and corporate meetings.
- Effectively communicate company value proposition and vision beyond proteomics, supporting cross- platform engagement and brand expansion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related scientific discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles in the biotech industry.
