Job Title: Bilingual/ Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $20 – $23 per hour
Location: Deer Park TX 77536
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual/ Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory management while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Principal Functions:

  • Ship and receive all deliverable products

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity

Daily Duties:

  • Review pick tickets for accuracy and special requirements

  • Pull material from inventory and package orders for shipment

  • Complete shipping documents and obtain freight charges from carriers

  • Receive, count, inspect, and store incoming materials

  • Enter receiving data into the inventory system

  • Process non-conformances and control customer-supplied products

  • Perform cycle counts and assist with material pickups/deliveries

  • Assemble or torque level gauges as required

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Duties:

  • Maintain warehouse equipment and consumables

  • Call customers to coordinate will-call pickups

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Account Managers, Inside Sales, auditors, and vendors

  • Assist in facility upkeep and repairs

  • Update customer plant access/entry orientation cards

  • Gain product and bill of material knowledge

  • Follow ISO quality processes and company safety procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience

  • Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
