Bilingual Banking Operations Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office, moving to 4 days/week in office after Nov 3)
Type: Temporary, 1-Year Contract
Pay Rate: $20.77/hr
Hours: 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday (no weekends or overtime)
Join one of Canada's leading financial institutions and support a new rewards program in our collaborative Credit Centre Operations team. This long-term contract offers opportunities for skill development and exposure to exciting new processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide back-office operational support for client accounts and a new rewards program
• Perform general and specialized banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Communicate with vendors and offshore teams (written communication)
• Prepare reports and use Excel extensively
• Follow established procedures and contribute ideas for process improvement

What You Bring:

• Bilingual (French/English) is required
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes
• Excellent communication skills and prompt responsiveness
• Experience in accounting/bookkeeping or understanding financial terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (used daily)
• High school diploma required; banking experience an asset
