Company is looking for Project Document Analyst and Bid Coordinator
Role: Prospective employee would take construction documents and extract the needed pages for Electric Wholesale to determine what type of electrical materials can be bid on a given project.
Construction documents may be acquired by logging into a general contractors online management software, a link in an email, or as a PDF attachment.
Candidate would then extract the pages relevant to Electrical Distribution and forward those documents to the relevant quotations departments within Walter's so that those departments can quote their portion of the job to Walter's customer. Additionally, candidate will create a “base” quote in our system for the lighting department and work with the quotations department to keep track of bid assignments. If/when construction plans are updated by the contractor, the candidate is responsible for tracking those changes and notifying any relevant department.
Potential growth opportunities include: project quotations, project management, and sales.
Monday - Friday Start time is flexible. 6:30AM or 7:00AM preferred.

Experience and Skills:
1-3 years admin experience or construction experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Proficient in learning computer based ERP sales software (training will be provided)
Excellent Organizational skills
Clear communication skills (both orally and written)
Able to thrive in a fast paced work environment
Pay $23-25/HR depending on experience.
