Details:

• 2nd Shift:    3:30 pm - 11:30 pm   $24.03
• (3:30 PM to 11:30 PM).  They will need to train on 1st shift (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM)and then move onto 2nd shift when the training is completed.
• Temp to Hire opportunity
• Must work 4 hours before shift starts or 4 hours after shift ends

What's a typical day as a Lighter Assembly Operator? You'll be:
• Operating (2) Two automated production machines and equipment in a safe manner and according to Standard Operating Procedures and Training.
• Providing machines with individual components and supplies to maintain effective operations as well as shift end filling requirements.
• Completing product change overs in a timely manner.
• Addressing machine stops in a timely manner and working with mechanics for repair operations.
• Performing necessary hourly quality checks to set standards and maintain required quality documents and shift reports.
• Performing quality checks utilizing a microscope and precision indicators.
• Performing general and specific hourly, daily, and weekly, housekeeping tasks to provide for a clean and orderly work environment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Have safe working experience with high-speed, automated production machines.
• Have the ability to lift 15 lbs. repetitively and up to 50 lbs. for periods of time.
• Can stand for up to 12 hours.
• Are shift flexible.
• Are willing and able to work in a team environment with limited supervision, and independently when necessary.
• Strong attention to detail
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a machine operator
