Pay:
• $18-22 per hour based on experience

Shifts Available:
• Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

What's a typical day as a Batchmaker? You'll be:
• Operating ink-making machinery and equipment
• Pulling, weighing, and blending raw materials to make inks
• Reading and interpreting batch tickets and adhering to work processes and procedures
• Processing and completing documentation accurately
• Meeting production schedules and metrics
• Ensuring quality products are produced
• Following all safety and regulatory compliance procedures
• Attending all required meetings and training
• Maintaining adherence to "The Kao Way" standards at all times
• Responsible for continuous improvement according to the Kao Collins culture
• Performing inventory control activities
• Loading and unloading materials
• Completing other duties as assigned by production management

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school degree or equivalent
• Have prior batch-making or compounding experience
• Possess strong initiative and the ability to work independently
• Can operate a Powered Industrial Truck
• Have basic mathematical skills
• Have sound judgment in decision-making
• Are physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and maneuvering drums of product
• Have good vision abilities
• Are certified as medically fit to wear the required safety respirator
• Have experience in a GMP environment (preferred)
