B2B Sales Specialist – Drive
Location: Remote USA (EST preferred)
Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm EST (with flexibility to work 2-4 hours on Sat when needed)
Contract Duration: 6 months to start, with potential extension
Contract Type: W2 through Staffing Supplier
As a Drive B2B Specialist you will be working directly with sales, account management and strategy/operations teams to support and help grow our client's automotive parts delivery business. You will rapidly learn the big rocks of the business and quickly begin to support every phase of partnership. These events/deliverables include (but are not limited to):
Schedule and attend meetings with the Pre-sale team for net new and existing leads
Send and receive Docusigns with new and existing prospects
Working within Salesforce to ensure sales compliance
Communicate status updates to signed merchants via email and over the phone
Respond to Merchant questions related to delivery services
Accelerate a highly organized sales cycle with the goal of closing new deals within your book of business
Develop the sales strategy and execution protocol for select merchant partners
Manage all phases of our relationship; prospecting, closing, launching and growing
What we're looking for:
Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets [mandatory] ? Basic Need: Understand how to navigate and organize an excel file to extract/present data
Experience pulling and analyzing data [mandatory] ? Basic Need: Running SQL queries and extracting insights
Intermediate proficiency in Prospecting software [mandatory] ? Basic Need: Writing and deploying multi-step sequences to targeted list of customers
Detail oriented, with strong project management and organization
Ability to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment [making quick decisions, escalating issues, and doing what it takes to win]
Strong written and verbal communication skills (including, but not limited to work in Out)
Previous Work History: sales development, customer support, sales operations
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in customer facing role (customer support, sales development)
Experience independently owning sales conversations and maintaining a pipeline
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate in a highly structured and fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $42 – $47/hr. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
