  • Role:  Accounts Receivable / B2B Collections
  • Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23-$25 per hour, depending on experience
  • Location: Dedham, MA 02026 - Hybrid 2 days on site 3 from home
  • Duration: 3-6 Month project

What's a typical day as a Business to Business Collections professional? You'll be:
  • Executing collection calls and/or correspondence on a regular basis
  • Providing superior internal and external customer service regarding collection issues and resolution of client discrepancies
  • Maintaining assigned accounts, customer calls, account adjustments, and customer reconciliations
  • Being accountable for reducing and maintaining the daily sales outstanding (DSO)
  • Enlisting the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to escalate the collection process
  • Monthly distribution of past due statements and backup required
  • Managing the daily sales hold report and delinquent customers
  • Meeting defined department goals and activity metrics
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by Management

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have 2-3 years' experience in a high volume, corporate collections department
  • Experience with D365 or similar ERP program
  • Hold an associate's or bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (a plus)
  • Have knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
  • Possess Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience (a plus)
  • Are proficient with ERP applications
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can prioritize and multi-task
