Kelly Services, in partnership with Nissan North America, is currently recruiting for a Consumer Affairs Technical Specialist to answer day to day technical questions from various Nissan teams that will help them with case progression and get answers to respond back to Nissan Consumers. Job Responsibilities:
- Manages internal mailbox to filter needed technical information to Consumer Affairs related to various recalls and/or campaigns. Acts as internal consultant providing technical expertise on all Nissan/INFINITI vehicles.
- Collaborates with internal customers, vendors, industry consultants, and department management to support technical needs.
- Monitors and provides recommended solutions for consumer affairs cases that are created and have a recent warranty denial.
- Manages the ECW hotline for dealer claims questions that come through the designated 1-800#.
- Effectively communicates technical knowledge and updates to department, senior management and others as needed.
- Attends the engineering meetings to have the most recent countermeasure information for vehicle concerns that may arise.
- Bachelors degree preferred in a related field.
- ASE certification will be considered.
- At least 5 yrs of professional experience in an automotive/technical setting.
- Strong communication skills and decision-making skills, thorough computer knowledge.
