Job Title: Automotive Service Administrator
Location: Avondale, AZ
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Type: Temp-to-hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM Position Overview
Kelly is seeking a Service Administrator to join a leading operations team in Avondale, AZ. As the first point of contact for customers either over the phone or in person at the branch you will deliver exceptional service and play a key role in strengthening customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical or service-focused background who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, serving as the initial point of contact and promoting quality customer service.
- Build positive relationships with key customers by assessing needs and gathering pertinent information.
- Create and manage basic work orders in the appropriate systems.
- Dispatch jobs to service technicians in an organized manner.
- Prepare customer estimates.
- Provide status updates and close invoices as requested by customers.
- Support day-to-day branch operations as needed.
- Required: Prior experience in customer service.
- Preferred: Background in automotive or industrial service environments.
- Experience as an automotive technician or in automotive/industrial customer support is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
