Job Title: Associate Document Specialist
Duration: 4+ months (Temp to Hire)
Location: 3039 Premiere Pkwy Suite 900, Duluth, GA 30097
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr on W2
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling documents to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Achieving production standards, including Impressions per Hour (IPH) rates.
- Performing routine maintenance on scanning equipment and reporting issues promptly.
- Maintaining an organized workstation to prevent assembly errors.
- Completing necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicating effectively with management regarding any challenges or issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic PC and typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Ability to lift and move supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and work in a team environment.
- Willingness to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience in graphics/printing is a plus, especially in receiving and printing graphics.
