Kelly, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, is seeking an Assistant 4 – Administrative for a long-term temporary assignment in Raritan, NJ ($33.94/hr, flexible for the ideal candidate, Full-Time).
Are you an experienced administrative professional ready to support senior leaders in a world-class healthcare organization? In this role, you'll partner with 7 Senior Directors, manage large meeting coordination, and contribute hands-on to global business operations within the Global Clinical Supply Operations (GCSO) team.
Position Details:
- Location: On-site at Johnson & Johnson, Raritan, NJ (Hybrid: in office Tuesday–Thursday)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (30-min lunch)
- Pay Rate: $33.94/hr (flexible for the ideal candidate)
- Assignment Duration: Up to 2 years (potential extension/conversion)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive administrative support to up to 7 Senior Directors, including end-to-end management of large meetings and events (8+ attendees, VP+ participation)
- Coordinate room/venue arrangements, catering, necessary resources, and payments for meetings and events
- Liaise with Sr. leaders' Admins to resolve complex scheduling conflicts and maximize attendance for key events
- Prepare and track expense reports using Excel and Concur; troubleshoot discrepancies by matching receipts, calendar data, and follow-up as needed
- Organize travel logistics—flights, accommodations, transfers, and visa support—with suggestions on best arrangements
- Support technical troubleshooting, office resources, and staff onboarding/offboarding, including interview scheduling with candidates
- Uphold adaptability, professionalism, and discretion at all times, building strong relationships within a collaborative global team
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (especially for expense tracking/management)
- Experience coordinating international travel across time zones and for multiple executives
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities; professional demeanor required
- Prior experience supporting senior directors is preferred
