Job Title: Assembly Technician
 Location: Farmington, CT
 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
 Pay: $23.00–$24.00/hour
 Assignment: Long-Term Temp 
 
 Join a global manufacturer as an Assembly Technician responsible for building complex machinery and sub-assemblies. You'll read blueprints, work with precision tools, and ensure top-quality results in a clean, organized production environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and test mechanical components and sub-assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, part lists, and schematics
- Measure accurately using inch and metric tools
- Troubleshoot issues and suggest process improvements
- Keep work area clean and follow safety and quality standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of machine assembly or 5+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, or service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements
- Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills
- Electrical wiring, computer skills, or forklift license a plus
