Position: Assembly Team Lead
Location: Manning, SC
Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package!
Work Schedule: 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Must be available to work overtime.

What You'll Do
As an Assembly Team Lead, you'll be a key player in our manufacturing success. Here's what a typical day includes:
• Supervise and Guide: Lead assembler technicians in producing high-quality assemblies, setting clear expectations for quality and efficiency.
• Communicate and Collaborate: Serve as a liaison across departments to ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
• Drive Excellence: Use your expertise to support metrics and company objectives, focusing on quality, safety, and continual improvement.
• Problem-Solve: Apply root cause analysis to resolve issues, making sound decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
This Job Might Be Perfect for You if You:
• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Bring 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and at least 2 years in a leadership or training role.
• Have strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Are comfortable with computer functions relevant to the role.
• Excel in team environments and are ready to take on a leadership role.
