Assembly Specialist
Pay: $16.79 per hour
Location: St. Louis, MO (Main facility)

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Assembly Specialists to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling a range of medical products, ensuring all components meet company standards and quality expectations. You will work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to the efficient and safe operation of the assembly line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise assembly duties on various medical products.
- Safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, rivets, staplers, air drivers, nut runners, and ultrasonic/solvent bonding equipment.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled items to verify compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth workflow on the assembly line.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Promptly report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line operations and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
- Forklift certification is advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
