Assembly Operator
Shift:

1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Training Schedule: 1st Shift (training aligned with regular shift; flexibility may be required)
Pay Rate:

$21.00 per hour
The Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic and mechanical components by following standardized work instructions and manufacturing drawings. This role requires attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a quality-driven manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Assemble components according to standardized work instructions and top/sub-level drawings

Perform testing of electronic and mechanical assemblies requiring precise hand-eye coordination

Read, interpret, and follow manufacturing drawings, SOPs, and OMS documentation

Use microscopes and small hand tools for detailed assembly and inspection tasks

Maintain high cleanliness standards in accordance with 5S practices

Follow all safety rules, protocols, and supervisor instructions

Apply job skills, company policies, and standard operating procedures consistently

Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset in daily work activities

Perform varied and semi-routine assembly tasks as assigned

Work overtime as required to support production needs

1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and written work instructions

Strong attention to detail and quality

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards

Manufacturing/production environment
