We at Kelly® Professional & Industrial have partnered with JLG in Bedford, PA.  We're seeking Assembly workers at JLG, an Oshkosh company that manufactures mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world.  You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity.

Pay and shifts:

  • Pay: $17.00-$19.65 + $1.75 shift differential
  • Pay based on work experience
  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts are available!
  • Overtime as required, typically Fridays and Saturdays


SUMMARY
 
This position is responsible for safely assembling equipment by following detailed instructions from supervisors and trainers. These assemblies vary in size and require the use of a variety of mechanical, electrical, and manual tools.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  1. Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies
  2. Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto trucks utilizing power equipment and wrenching techniques
  3. Drill holes for wires, hoses and small parts
  4. Operate a torch, plasma cutter, or grinder to cut and shape parts
  5. Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
  6. Install various truck accessories (decals, mud flaps, cameras, lights)
  7. Lift and stack completed subassemblies and parts up to 40 lbs and team lift up to 80lbs.
  8. Train and work in various areas of assembly in response to production demands
  9. Follow verbal and written work instructions
  10. Attention to detail necessary to adhere to quality standards
  11. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  12. Must be able to work overtime and/or 7 days a week
  13. Regular attendance required
  14. All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned
