Location: 10 Dock Street, Dubois, PA 15801
? Pay Rate: $15/hour
? Shift: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2-2-3 rotation)
? Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (6-month initial contract)
? Work Setup: Onsite, manufacturing environment

? What's a typical day as an Assembler II? You will:

• Follow all workplace safety and product quality policies and guidelines.

• Complete site-specific safety and quality training requirements.

• Receive components in programmed sequence for assembly and/or testing.

• Assemble and test mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools.

• Follow detailed assembly and test instructions such as color coding, PVC thermal welding, and thread taping.

• Assemble minor variations of standard in-house products.

• Enter work hours into the ERP system and complete required production documentation.

• Participate in continuous improvement activities, including daily housekeeping and 5S audits.

• Read and understand basic layout and assembly drawings.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Support internal and external customer needs and expectations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• A High School Diploma or GED.

• 1–3 years of assembly, production, or manufacturing experience.

• Mechanical aptitude gained through hands-on work, technical school, or experience.

• Ability to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 12 hours per shift.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, climb stairs, and perform manual labor safely.

• Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, and dirt (hearing protection may be required).

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
