Location: 10 Dock Street, Dubois, PA 15801
? Pay Rate: $15/hour
? Shift: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2-2-3 rotation)
? Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (6-month initial contract)
? Work Setup: Onsite, manufacturing environment
? What's a typical day as an Assembler II? You will:

Follow all workplace safety and product quality policies and guidelines.

Complete site-specific safety and quality training requirements.

Receive components in programmed sequence for assembly and/or testing.

Assemble and test mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools.
-
Follow detailed assembly and test instructions such as color coding, PVC thermal welding, and thread taping.

Assemble minor variations of standard in-house products.
-
Enter work hours into the ERP system and complete required production documentation.

Participate in continuous improvement activities, including daily housekeeping and 5S audits.

Read and understand basic layout and assembly drawings.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Support internal and external customer needs and expectations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

A High School Diploma or GED.
-
1–3 years of assembly, production, or manufacturing experience.
-
Mechanical aptitude gained through hands-on work, technical school, or experience.
-
Ability to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 12 hours per shift.
-
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
-
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, climb stairs, and perform manual labor safely.

Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, and dirt (hearing protection may be required).

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
