Note: Drive to different sites daily as needed Use their own personal car Mileage is paid by the client by providing MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) If the candidate converts to a permanent employee, travel and mileage reimbursement will continue
What a typical day as an Area Customer Service Coordinator might look like:
Our sites deliver mail, do print jobs putting them together, answering the phones changing toner in the machines placing service calls for the machines.
Strong customer service skills, someone who can deal with change, fast learner, deals well under pressure will be successful.
There is walking to deliver toner and mail lifting 50 lbs.
Be able to use Microsoft, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint.
There is free parking if they have to pay client would reimburse.
Hours vary from location to location.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
Minimum of 12 months of related work experience.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong customer service skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to resolve customer-related issues.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required.
