Kelly® Professional & Industrial, is seeking an Onsite Area Customer Service Coordinator for our client, one of our top clients, information management and digital services company located in Sunrise, FL  33323.  

Hours/Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm (flexibility is required.)
Pay Rate: $18.00
Start Date: ASAP

What's a typical day as an Onsite Area Customer Service Coordinator? You'll be:
• Supporting daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of all Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area
• Assisting with process improvement, procedural testing, and validation
• Supporting the implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions
• Onboarding new team members and cross-training peers
• Creating and maintaining a customer-focused environment
• Engaging end-user feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Escalating customer issues and supporting their resolution
• Collecting data and participating in Monthly Operations Review
• Performing other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience (post-high school education encouraged and preferred) Prefer legal background
This role does require to commute and change locations daily. There is a "homebase" anything outside of 20 miles in downtown Miami FL area, will be mileage reimbursed
• Are detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Experience with reception, administrative, printing, scanning, recording documents, mail handling, meeting coordination.
• Have legal experience (preferred)
• Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Have reliable transportation
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have knowledge of legal terminology and document preparation
• Have intermediate skill level on most common software applications
