Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $95-$100/Hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm
Location: Onsite, Schenectady, NY
Part-Time Position and is not benefited

What's a typical day as Application Data Consultant? You'll be:
• Meeting with the Client's stakeholders to understand project objectives, technical requirements, and business needs, while documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Creating a system design and architecture plan based on gathered requirements, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
• Developing the application according to the approved design, implementing key features, and performing unit testing to ensure functionality.
• Document the functional and non-functional requirements for the application.
• Create a system design and architecture plan based on the gathered requirements.
• Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms for application development.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI/UX designs for the application.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
• Implement key features and functionalities as outlined in the requirements document.
• Develop backend services, databases, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Perform unit testing to ensure all components function as expected.
• Integrate the application with existing systems, databases, and third-party services (if applicable).
• Conduct thorough system testing, including functional, performance, security, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide detailed bug reports and resolutions.
• Assist in UAT, making sure the Client's team verifies that the application meets requirements.
• Deploy the application to the production environment.
• Provide post-deployment support to address any issues that arise during initial usage.
• Monitor the application's performance and resolve any critical issues promptly.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong background in application development.
• Have proven experience in system design, architecture, and application development, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct thorough testing and integration of applications.
