Pay Rate: $23/hr
2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:45pm M-F
What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant?
- Assist in the coordination of manufacturing schedules and workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to manufacturing processes.
- Support the procurement of materials and supplies needed for production.
- Communicate with various departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any administrative issues that arise.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a college degree and/or a high school diploma, with 2+ years of related experience (manufacturing experience is a plus).
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and an adaptive communication style, with the confidence to make decisions and work with various stakeholders.
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have excellent problem-solving and data entry skills.
