Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI 
Compensation: $20/hr
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30-5:00pm, Monday-Friday


About the Role:
Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator Assistant to support our Site Director and team. You'll play a crucial role in event planning, operations, and administrative tasks in a dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Place and coordinate purchase orders for operational efficiency
  • Assist with pre-event planning and on-site event coordination
  • Respond to emails, as well as draft and edit documents
  • Support staff members, vendors, and visitors as needed
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support to the Site Director
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Key Traits:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Effective partnership and collaboration skills at all business levels
  • Self-starter, comfortable handling deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sound judgment/discretion
  • Flexibility to work with ambiguity and adapt to changing needs
  • Confident working independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong team and client-service orientation
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in an office/warehouse dock environment with moderate to loud noise levels
Security & Compliance:
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures to protect information assets
  • Comply with the Company Code of Conduct and all IT/communication policies
  • Safeguard company systems and confidential information per policy
  • Proactively report security incidents or vulnerabilities
  • Process personal and business data per data protection rules and company policies
