Location: Milton, MA (Onsite)
Pay: $20–$21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time Hours
Assignment: 3–6 Month Temporary Contract, with Potential for Permanent Hire
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director and serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, faculty, alumni, employers, and parents. This onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and has strong organizational skills.
What You'll Do:

Provide excellent front-desk and reception support, assisting visitors, students, and employers.

Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up.

Support office operations including scheduling, file management, ordering supplies, and financial paperwork.

Enter and manage data in Excel and other systems; assist with surveys and reports.

Coordinate events such as career fairs, employer info sessions, and campus-wide programs.

Create and maintain marketing materials and manage office social media channels.

Train and supervise student workers and interns.

Assist with special projects, research, and other administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and office administration.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work with diverse groups.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with office technology/software.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

A positive, professional demeanor with strong initiative and follow-through.
