Administrative Assistant - Sales/Marketing

Mon-Fri 8-5
Starting Pay: $15/hr

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a member of the Inside Sales Team (Customer Service). 
    • Assist the Inside Sales Team to obtain new customers for the company through targeted direct marketing efforts.
    • Assist the Inside Sales Team to establish and maintain healthy relationships with established customers that will maximize opportunities for repeat business.
    • Provide backup for Inside Sales Team in assisting walk-in customers, directing telephone calls, etc. as required.
  • Serve as lead worker in developing and maintaining functionality of company website as an effective marketing tool. 
    • Utilize analytical tools to evaluate and insure functionality of the company website.
    • Provide user training and assistance in using the company website.
  • Assist in design and production of marketing materials in conjunction with management, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to include Constant Contact, eBay Stores and social media       
  • Assisting Finance and Admin manager with clerical and accounting duties
 
Secondary tasks will involve:
  • Running errands to pick up office related items
  • Helping management with administrative tasks
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of ERP software programs a plus (Oracle Netsuite)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft O ice programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of Constant Contact or similar and eBay
  • Experience with general accounting procedures
Working Conditions
  • The work environment is in an office of a manufacturing facility
  • Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.
  • Requires the use of computers, telephone system, digital camera.
