Position: Temporary Administrative Support
Location: South San Francisco Office
Duration: 3-6 months
Schedule & Compensation:
• M-F 8-5 PM
• 23.00-26.00 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Support professional to assist with daily operations in our San Francisco office. This role will provide essential clerical and administrative support, ensuring smooth order processing, job dispatching, and coordination with external vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both the operations and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing: Accurately enter and manage customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Job Dispatching: Coordinate and dispatch installation jobs to approved external vendors, ensuring scheduling efficiency and clear communication.
• Customer & Vendor Coordination: Act as a point of contact for customers and outside vendors, providing updates and addressing any logistical concerns.
• Sales & Operations Support: Assist the sales and operations teams by maintaining job records, tracking orders, and facilitating smooth workflows.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide general office support related to job scheduling, order tracking, and communication management.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address scheduling conflicts or order-related issues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in administrative support, dispatching, or order processing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage job scheduling effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and data entry systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
