Job Title: Accounts Receivable Associate
Location: On-site in Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Some flexibility available)
Pay rate: $22.50 - $23.50
Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Be Doing:
•    Processing payments made by customers
•    Preparing customer statements and account reconciliations
•    Responding to basic inquiries from internal and external customers
•    Assisting with month-end reports and root cause analysis of late payments
•    Participating in process improvement initiatives within the AR team
•    Following detailed instructions and asking questions when clarification is needed

•    Excellent Excel skills and a good understanding of basic functions
•    Strong communication skills – written and verbal
•    A people-first attitude and enjoy interacting with customers
•    The ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or equivalent required
•    Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field
•    Education in a business-related discipline is a plus
