Pay Rate Range based on experience: $21.96-$26.81
What's a typical day as an Accounts Receivable Specialist? You'll be:
• Responsible for day-to-day functions of the accounts receivable department, including client billings and collections.
• Interacting internally and externally to resolve outstanding issues relating to accounts receivable.
• Contacting external customers on delinquent A/R balances.
• Monitoring receivables daily and resolving remittance exceptions.
• Working with division sales and contract personnel.
• Verifying AR reporting and providing commentary.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 5+ years of experience in business collections, cash applications, general ledger account reconciliations, and journaling.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (BS in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred).
• Possess knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Have the ability to listen, understand, and effectively communicate information and ideas.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience with database tools.
