Kelly Services is seeking a Full-Cycle Accounts Payable Processor for a temporary 1–3-month assignment for the largest steel manufacturing company in Lexington, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Process 500+ invoices per week accurately and efficiently
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, and receipt)
• Ensure invoices are properly coded, approved, and processed for payment
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Assist with month-end close and AP reconciliations
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Respond to vendor inquiries and manage relationships
• 1-3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Experience processing high-volume invoices (500+ per week)
• Proficiency in Oracle a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance a plus
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
