What You'll Do
• Process supplier payments in line with contract terms, reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve supplier issues and manage escalations with the COE team
• Perform statement reconciliations for assigned suppliers to resolve discrepancies, recover duplicates, or address overpayments
• Use your advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions) to analyze data and ensure accuracy
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• 5–7 years of Accounts Payable experience, including handling complex reconciliations and escalations (required)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset
