Hourly Wage: $22.00 to $23.00 depending on experience
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Hybrid, 2 to 3 days on-site

What's a typical day as an Accounts Payable Associate You'll be:
• Clearing AP invoices from error corrections within the AP module.
• Working with CBS and external suppliers on AP invoice issue resolution.
• Resolving complex invoice payment issues and providing client support regarding special payment situations.
• Providing administrative support for Ariba activity - Indirect purchase orders & invoice reconciliation.
• Supporting account reconciliation and analysis, journal entry preparation, and data entry.
• Assisting with the month-end close process.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have an Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• Have 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Billing or a related field.
• Have experience working in Accounting in a Manufacturing field (a plus).
• Are detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills.
• Have the ability to work under moderate supervision.
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
